We only refund or exchange items purchased via our online store within 30 days from purchase date.
Please bare in mind that we will not refund, exchange or return any items received damaged and/or inside a damaged opened box or empty.
We only ship to the address provided at time of purchase. From then on you have 3 business days to update the said address after which time we will unfortunately not be able to update to your new preferred address.
